These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the DIIXTREAM IPTV Player application (“the app”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose of the App

DIIXTREAM is a video player that allows users to play IPTV content by adding their own playlists. We do not offer any video, channel, or VOD content. All content must be legally acquired and added by the user.

2. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the playlists and content they load into the app.
Unauthorized distribution or streaming of copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.
Any data usage or streaming costs incurred are the responsibility of the user.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, modify, or hack the app
Use the app for illegal streaming or redistribution
Use the app for commercial purposes without permission

4. Changes to the Service

We may modify, disable, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice or liability.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in our company’s registered location.
